I am back home in Kochi 🌴🇮🇳 after the long journey since January. Really good to be back home.

Setting up my NAS

I had bought a Beelink ME Pro during the US trip that I setup with NixOS. A lot of the goals were around trying to understand how storage systems work (haven't dealt with ZFS and RAID pools worked) and also playing my hand in cosplaying as a sysadmin that I felt like it was time to accomplish for. So far so good, hopefully I will be able to materialize this into a blog post.

Still getting a hang of the keyboard

The Glove80 learning saga continues! I feel semi comfortable using the keyboard now. I can notice how my fingers are adapting (especially the pinkies) into dealing with the motions, but hopefully we can get that going into the full swing. I average around 80WPM now, not the 100WPM average I could hit with a normal keyboard just yet, but I think it is slowly climbing up. I also setup homerow mods for the first time on the keyboard firmware itself and I have mixed feelings about the whole concept sometimes. I do notice some erroneous activations, but the end goal of having the modifier keys open is super cool.
